Lusco-Fusco: Toolkit for Youth Organizers (Inglês e Português)

Throughout history, young people have played a vital role in building movements for social justice.

Youth organizations are the key to long-term success and change. That’s why we've decided to publish this toolkit created by Lusco-Fusco, a Brazilian social enterprise that gives youth organizations the tools and training they need to generate impact within their communities. This toolkit is aimed at providing activities and frameworks to support youth organizations as they plan projects for individuals, groups, and communities.

The Lusco-Fusco toolkit is broken into three pillars: 

Explore, Plan, and Grow. Each pillar represents the stages of development for your youth organization. These pillars will help your team get out of their comfort zones, reflect, explore strengths and weaknesses, aim for transformation, and see no limitations. The toolkit includes activities for each pillar:

• Explore: Focus on tangible goals and results that we can see, touch, feel, and listen to.
• Plan: Connect your knowledge (generated in Explore) with actions and frameworks for your organization.
• Grow: These activities push you to think about how to grow long-term impact.
