Risky Business: Innovating in High-Risk Environments
A Toolkit for Catalyzing and Implementing True Innovation
Risky Business is an innovation toolkit designed to work in any industry or workplace that is subject to risk aversions, such as healthcare, government, higher education, and more. The purpose of this toolkit is to empower those creative thinkers in risk-averse settings to catalyze and implement true innovation in their industry, no matter how hard the uphill battle is.
The Risky Business Toolkit is designed to be completed in ~3 hours, and is broken into two parts: First, we provide a methodology for innovators to use in risk-averse environments to generate creative ideas. Second, we provide a framework for innovators to get buy-in on their ideas.
The Toolkit Includes:
- Complete workshop facilitation guide
- Conversation prompts to build self and team awareness around risk aversion
- 8 unique exercises and approaches for generating and vetting new ideas
- 3 Worksheets to help innovators get buy-in from risk-averse leaders
