Earlier this month, we used our Models of Impact methodology to help design a custom workshop for Mattel's innovation team. The challenge? Spark bold, emotionally resonant, and future-facing product ideas while generating 1-3 actionable, high-potential concepts the team could actually run with.

The result: 8 breakthrough concepts narrowed down to a handful that are now moving into product sprints.

We kept it simple and rolled some dice to combine the following strategy attributes:

A customer persona
A future scenario
A feeling
